Bell to Ball in Five Minutes
School lets out
For TK through 1st grade, our coach walks to the classroom and picks up each child directly, unless the school has communicated a different arrangement. 2nd through 5th graders make their way to the soccer area on their own. If your child is in a second-block program (ELOP, YMCA, etc.), we coordinate with that program to let them know when we start. It also helps to remind your child the night before that they have soccer. It makes the transition smoother for everyone. Attendance is taken before a single ball rolls.
Train and play
Warm-up, skill work, and a scrimmage. Age-appropriate curriculum, 8 to 12 kids per coach max, every level welcome.
Easy pickup
You collect your player right at school, or we hand off to ELOP, YMCA, or your sitter per your pickup instructions.
Girls-Only Option
Girls-Only After-School Classes Available
We offer dedicated girls-only sessions at select campuses, including Emek Hebrew Academy (Wednesday girls session) and Carpenter Community Charter (Friday girls session). Girls-first environments where confidence comes before competition, led by our licensed Nordic coaches.

How We Run Our Sessions
Every class is built around one idea: kids learn best when they are moving, laughing, and have a ball at their feet the entire time.
Ball Mastery First
Every drill, every game, every warm-up involves a ball. Kids are never standing in a line waiting. They are dribbling, juggling, or competing from the first whistle to the last.
Games That Teach
We run games like Freeze Tag with a ball, Terminator, and Clean Your Garden. Kids are sprinting, thinking, and competing the whole time. Fun is the vehicle for skill.
Weather Awareness
On hot days we move to shade, bring water, and adjust the pace. Your child’s comfort and safety always comes first. We never push through conditions that aren’t safe.
Makeup Days
When we have to cancel, we do our very best to schedule makeup sessions when the school allows. We never just skip a session and move on.
What to Bring
👟 Shoes
Regular sneakers are always fine. If your child wants to wear soccer cleats and can put them on themselves, go for it. We recommend Velcro soccer shoes for younger players who can’t tie laces yet. If they need help putting them on, just stick with sneakers and skip the hassle.
🦵 Shin Guards
Recommended for all sessions, required for scrimmage-heavy older groups. Same rule applies: if your child can put them on independently, bring them. Otherwise, skip them. We’ll never hold up the session.
💧 Two Water Bottles
Bring two full water bottles on soccer days. LA afternoons are warm and kids go through water fast. We run scheduled water breaks and always move to shade on hot days.
👕 What to Wear
Grass field: shorts and a t-shirt work great. Blacktop surface: we recommend long pants and a long-sleeve shirt to protect against scrapes if they fall. Check your school’s surface if you’re not sure. Most of our schools are grass.
